The On Deck infrastructure runs locally on your own machine. Your agents still call the model providers you choose, and On Deck does not run models for you.
On Deck will be open source. You will be able to read the code, follow the work, and open issues on GitHub.
Status
Run On Deck is in early development. It is not ready for general use, and things will change. If you want to follow along, watch the repository.
